WASHINGTON, April 21 -- Sen. Benjamin Cardin, D-Md., introduced the "Sarah Debbink Langenkamp Active Transportation Safety Act" on March 14, 2024. The text of the bill was released on April 14.
S. 3964. A bill to amend title 23, United States Code, with respect to the highway safety improvement program, and for other purposes; to the Committee on Environment and Public Works.
The bill is cosponsored by Sens. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., and Chris Van Hollen, D-Md.
