WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has introduced a concurrent resolution (S.Con.Res. 30) "expressing the sense of Congress with respect to United States policy toward Tibet and that the treatment of the Tibetan people should be an important factor in the conduct of United States relations with the People's Republic of China."
The resolution was introduced on Nov. 16 and has seven co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. Robert Menendez, D-N.J., Marco Rubio, R-Fla., Tamm . . .
