WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Sen. Edward J. Markey, D-Mass., has introduced a resolution (S.Res. 342) "expressing the sense of the Senate that States, cities, Tribal nations, businesses, and institutions of higher education in the United States should work towards achieving the goals of the Paris Agreement."
The resolution was introduced on Nov. 16 and has 11 co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., Richard J. Durbin, D-Ill., Kirsten Gilli . . .
