WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., has introduced legislation (S. 2160) to "establish a pilot program under the Chief of the Forest Service may use alternative dispute resolution in lieu of judicial review of certain projects."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 16 and was co-sponsored by Sens. James Risch, R-Idaho, and Mike Crapo, R-Idaho. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
