WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Sen. Dean Heller, R-Nev., has introduced legislation (S. 2153) to amend title 23, U.S. Code, "to establish electric vehicle weight limitations."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 16. It was referred to the Senate Environment and Public Work Committee.
