WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Sen. John Hoeven, R-N.D., has introduced legislation (S. 2151) to "streamline the oil and gas permitting process and to recognize fee ownership for certain oil and gas drilling or spacing units."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 16. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
