WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Sen. Angus S. King Jr., I-Maine, has introduced legislation (S. 2142) to amend the Energy Policy and Conservation Act "to establish the Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Technical Assistance Partnership Program."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 16. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
