WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., has introduced legislation (S. 2141) to amend title 10, U.S. Code, "to reform procedures for determinations on disposition of charges and the convening of courts-martial for certain offenses under the Uniform Code of Military Justice."

The bill was introduced on Nov. 16 and has 25 co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., Lisa Murkowski, R-Alaska, Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., Rand . . .
