WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Sen. James Risch, R-Idaho, has introduced legislation (S. 2140) to "provide for an exchange of Federal land and non-Federal land in the State of Idaho."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 16. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
