WASHINGTON, Nov. 18 -- Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., has introduced legislation (S. 2138) to "authorize the creation of a commission to develop voluntary accessibility guidelines for electronic instructional materials and related technologies used in postsecondary education."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 16 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Orrin G. Hatch, R-Utah. It was referred to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
