WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 -- Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., has introduced a resolution (S.Res. 334) authorizing the taking of a photograph in the Senate Chamber.
The resolution was introduced on Nov. 15 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Charles E. Schumer, D-N.Y.
