WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 -- Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., has introduced legislation (S. 2130) to "establish within the Department of the Interior the Outdoor Recreation Advisory Committee."
The bill was introduced on Nov. 15. It was referred to the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
