WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Science announced that it intends to award a discretionary grant for observational, data analysis or modeling studies to improve understanding and model representation of specified aerosol processes, high-latitude atmospheric processes and ice cloud processes.
