WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Energy's National Energy Technology Laboratory announced that it expects to award up to 11 cooperative agreements for the development of turbine based technology applicable to fossil fuels including coal derived synthesis gas, coal derived hydrogen and natural gas.
