WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' National Institutes of Health announced that it intends to award up to 24 discretionary grants for the facilitation of the transition of talented graduate students into successful cancer research postdoctoral appointments and provide opportunities for career development activities.
This funding opportunity uses the pre-doc to post-doc transition award/post-doctoral transition award mechanism.
