WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Commerce announced that it expects to award up to three cooperative agreements for coral reef conservation projects in American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Florida, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and coral-dominated banks in the U.S. portions of the Gulf of Mexico.
