WASHINGTON, Nov. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Health Resources and Services Administration announced that it intends to award up to 10 discretionary grants for the strengthening of primary care and the workforce by establishing fellowship programs to train community-based practicing primary care physicians.
