WASHINGTON, Oct. 14 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on the federal agencies' public relations investments. The report (GAO-17-711) is titled "Public Relations Spending: Selected Agencies' Activities Supported by Contracts and Public Affairs Staff".
