WASHINGTON, Oct. 15 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced that it intends to award up to two discretionary grants for disaster technical assistance and training.
The estimated total program funding available was cited as $1 million with a ceiling of $600,000 for each award in the program. The agency said the grant was associated with disaster prevention and relief.
