WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 -- Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., has introduced a resolution (S.Res. 286) "supporting the role of the United States in ensuring children in the poorest countries have access to a quality education through the Global Partnership for Education."
The resolution was introduced on Oct. 5 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla. It was referred to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
