WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 -- Sen. Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., has introduced legislation (S. 1939) to repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act.

The bill was introduced on Oct. 5 and has 17 co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. Christopher S. Murphy, D-Conn., Edward J.
