WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 -- Sen. Michael Bennet, D-Colo., has introduced legislation (S. 1930) to "establish a cost of greenhouse gases for carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide to be used by Federal agencies."
The bill was introduced on Oct. 5 and has 13 co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., Kamala D. Harris, D-Calif., Ron Wyden, D-Ore., Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., Margaret Wood Hassan, D-N.H., Benjamin Cardin, D-Md., Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., Patty Murray . . .
