WASHINGTON, Oct. 8 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced that it expects to award up to two cooperative agreements for the promotion, strengthening and enhancement of disease prevention by collaboration with targeted stakeholders.

The estimated total program funding available was cited as $1,375,650 with a ceiling of $275,000 for each award in the program.
