WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Institute of Food and Agriculture announced that it intends to award a mandatory grant for the Food Insecurity Nutrition Incentive Program that supports projects to increase the purchase of fruits and vegetables among low-income consumers.
