WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that it intends to award a $95,000 cooperative agreement to the Montana State University-Western Transportation Institute for wildlife conservation, transit and technical assistance services for complexes and refuges located within the U.S.
