WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 -- Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., has introduced legislation (S. 1838) to "repeal the authority under the National Labor Relations Act for States to enact laws prohibiting agreements requiring membership in a labor organization as a condition of employment."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 19 and has six co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., Jeff Merkley, D-Ore., Edward J. Markey, D-M . . .
