WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 -- Sen. Susan M. Collins, R-Maine, has introduced legislation (S. 1835) to "provide support to States to establish invisible high risk pool or reinsurance programs."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 19 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla. It was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
