WASHINGTON, Sept. 21 -- Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has introduced legislation (S. 1830) to "strengthen employee cost savings suggestions programs within the Federal Government."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 19. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
