WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $30,331 cooperative agreement to the Colorado State University for mapping the patterns of hydrology, geochemistry and plant species distributions that influence abundance and persistence of Puccinellia howellii.
