WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- The U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of International Labor Affairs announced that it intends to award a $4 million cooperative agreement to the Catholic Relief Services of Baltimore, Maryland, for a project to improve livelihood outcomes among at-risk youth to prevent their engagement in exploitative labor and the worst forms of child labor in El Salvador and Honduras.
The funding opportunity number is NOI-ILAB-17-11 (CFDA 17.401).
