WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that it intends to award a $89,905 cooperative agreement to the Northwest Youth Corps of Eugene, Oregon, for engaging youth on facilities management at Southern Idaho Parks.
