WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 -- Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., has introduced legislation (S. 1812) to amend the Clayton Act "to modify the standard for an unlawful acquisition."
The bill was introduced on Sept. 14 and was co-sponsored by Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., and Edward J. Markey, D-Mass. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
