WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act enrollment controls for state-based marketplaces. The report (GAO-17-694) is titled "State Health-Insurance Marketplaces: Three States Used Varied Data Sources for Eligibility and Had Few Indications of Potentially Improper Enrollments".
The report was sent to Sen. Orrin G. Hatch, R-Utah, chairman of the Senate Finance Committee, Rep. Greg Walden, R-Ore . . .
