WASHINGTON, Aug. 5 -- Sen. Cory Booker, D-N.J., has introduced legislation (S. 1758) to amend the Fair Credit Reporting Act "to provide requirements for landlords and consumer reporting agencies relating to housing court records."
The bill was introduced on Aug. 3. It was referred to the Senate Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs Committee.
