Sen. Crapo Introduces Resolution on Arbitration Agreements

WASHINGTON, July 22 -- Sen. Mike Crapo, R-Idaho, has introduced a joint resolution (S.J.Res. 47) "providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, U.S. Code, of the rule submitted by Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection relating to Arbitration Agreements."

The resolution was introduced on July 20 and has 23 co-sponsors. Co-sponsors include Sens. David Perdue, R-Ga., Thom Tillis, R-N.C., Tom Cotton, R-Ark., Tim Scott, R-S.C., Dean Heller, R-Nev., Mike Rounds, . . .
