WASHINGTON, July 21 -- Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., has introduced legislation (S. 1584) to amend the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 "to reauthorize the Judicial Conference of the United States to redact sensitive information contained in financial disclosure reports of judicial officers and employees."
The bill was introduced on July 19 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Mo. It was referred to the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.
