WASHINGTON, July 21 -- Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., has introduced legislation (S. 1578) to streamline the application process for H-2A employers.
The bill was introduced on July 19 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
