WASHINGTON, July 19 -- Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, has introduced legislation (S. 1569) to amend the Public Health Service Act "to eliminate the non-application of certain State waiver provisions to Members of Congress and congressional staff."
The bill was introduced on July 17. It was referred to the Senate Rules and Administration Committee.
