WASHINGTON, July 18 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on the Department of State policies and procedures for evacuating overseas posts. The report (GAO-17-714) is titled "Embassy Evacuations: State Department Should Take Steps to Improve Emergency Preparedness".
