WASHINGTON, July 18 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on eligibility rules for low-income programs. The report (GAO-17-558) is titled "Federal Low-Income Programs: Eligibility and Benefits Differ for Selected Programs Due to Complex and Varied Rules".
