WASHINGTON, July 15 -- Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mont., has introduced legislation (S. 1566) to amend title 38, U.S. Code, "to expand eligibility for mental health services from the Department of Veterans Affairs to include members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces."
