WASHINGTON, July 17 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Railroad Administration announced that it intends to award a $21,965,000 cooperative agreement to the Moynihan Station Development Corp. of New York, N.Y. for the reconstruction of loading docks that will be partly recessed within the building envelope of the Farley Building.
