WASHINGTON, July 15 -- Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., has introduced legislation (S. 1553) to amend the Controlled Substances Act "to list fentanyl analogues as schedule I controlled substances."
The bill was introduced on July 13. It was referred to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
