WASHINGTON, July 17 -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Administration for Children and Families announced that it intends to award up to three discretionary grants for Head Start services to children and families in Bedford, Coffee, Franklin, Giles, Hickman, Lawrence, Lewis, Lincoln, Marshall, Maury, Moore, Perry and Wayne counties, Tenn.
