WASHINGTON, July 11 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on the Department of Veterans Affairs' handling of Gulf War Illness claims. The report (GAO-17-511) is titled "Gulf War Illness: Improvements Needed for VA to Better Understand, Process, and Communicate Decisions on Claims".
