WASHINGTON, July 17 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $30,000 cooperative agreement to the Wesleyan University of Middletown, Connecticut, for quantifying the effects of the Coyote Fire on fuel loading and forest structure at the Guadalupe Mountains National Park in Salt Flat, Texas.
