WASHINGTON, July 17 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service announced that it intends to award a $197,000 cooperative agreement to the Maryland Department of Natural Resources for the monitoring of submerged aquatic vegetation at the Glenn Martin National Wildlife Refuge.
