WASHINGTON, June 28 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on the Food and Drug Administration's implementation of Generic Drug User Fee Amendments. The report (GAO-17-452) is titled "Generic Drug User Fees: Application Review Times Declined, but FDA Should Develop a Plan for Administering Its Unobligated User Fees".
The report was sent to Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee, on May 25. Here ar . . .
