WASHINGTON, June 24 -- The Government Accountability Office has issued a report on the Army's process for developing weapon system requirements. The report (GAO-17-568) is titled "Army Weapon System Requirements: Need to Address Workforce Shortfalls to Make Necessary Improvements".
