WASHINGTON, April 10 -- Sen. Richard Burr, R-N.C., has introduced a resolution (S.Res. 133) "congratulating the University of North Carolina Tar Heels basketball team for winning the 2016-2017 National Collegiate Athletic Association men's basketball national championship."

The resolution was introduced on April 7 and was co-sponsored by Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C. It was referred to the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
